Application
Remove makeup and purify the eye area with RefectoCil Eye Makeup Remover.
Eyelashes and eyebrows should be clean and oil-free for optimal color.
Use RefectoCil Under Eye Protective Pads to prevent the dye from getting on the skin.
Mix 2cm of dye and 10 drops of RefetoCil Oxidant in a mixing bowl with a mixing stick.
DYEING EYEBROWS
For eyebrows; apply from roots to ends.
Leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
At the end of the specified time, wipe off the excess dye with a dry cotton ball.
DYEING EYELASHES
To dye the eyelashes, keep the eyes completely closed from the beginning to the end of the application.
Apply with a dye stick until the eyelashes are completely covered with dye.
Leave on for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
At the end of the specified time, wipe off the excess dye with a dry cotton ball.
With the help of cotton wool and water, remove the excess dye until it is gone.
